Pyrex 7-Piece Portables Glass Bakeware Set with Insulated Carrier Saturday, November 22, 2008

This is a very useful set for anyone who likes to bring food to a party. Use the inserts and mini bowl to create a portable crudite platter. Or use just the sculptured bowl to bring a pasta salad or casserole. Whatever your bringing will arrive safely thanks to the zippered carry case and coordinating plastic lids.
Customer Review: Great for pot lucks
This works well for pot lucks and summer dinners at the park. The food stays the right temperature during transport and it is easy to carry. The style is nice enough to display. The separators make it even more versatile.

Customer Review: great bakeware set!
Great Bakeware set! Really convenient to have lids for everything. I use a lot less aluminum foil and clear wrap so its environmentally friendly. Great for casseroles. The round dishes are great for making side dishes in like pudding or potato salad. Lids are great for potluck's and the leftovers can be put right in the fridge.
Customer Review: Great set at a great price!
There is only one name in glass bakeware, and that name is Pyrex. This is an excellent all around set, and with the lids included it makes it easy to slap on a cover and pop leftovers into the fridge. Worth the investment. My only complaint is there isn't a cobalt set like this... what can I say, I like blue.

Pyrex Bakeware 1-1/2-Quart Loaf Dish, Clear

Pyrex was the first to create a line of glass bakeware so cooks could actually see how their food was cooking. At the time, the idea was revolutionary; now--like all great innovations--we take it for granted. In fact, these days a loaf dish from Pyrex (a company that's been making quality glass products for the better part of a century) costs about as much as a sandwich at your local deli. Not a bad deal, considering this dish works equally well in the oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. Regardless of the type of loaf you're craving--be it cranberry, banana, pumpkin, or carrot--Pyrex's loaf dish gets the job done and transitions beautifully to your table when you're ready to serve. --Meg Heffernan
Customer Review: pyrex bakeware
I had one for a long time, and finally bought 3 more. i make lasagna in bulk and freeze them. then reheat them freezer to oven. perfect.
Customer Review: I bought two
I bought 2 glass loaf dishes to replace old baking dishes, & I have used them for baking breads and for meatloaf. I have been pleased with the performance I expect from Pyrex. I recommend use of a non-stick spray before use to make clean up easy. They can be soaked in hot water to remove residue & are dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Another tip: I was always taught to reduce the baking temperature by 25 degrees with glass cookware. Please do not adjust the temperature with this glass item.

Pyrex Bakeware 6-Ounce Clear Custard Cups, Set of 4

4 Piece, 6 OZ Glass Custard/Dessert Cup.
Customer Review: great value, lots of use
i bought 2 sets of these for myself and 1 set for a friend. they're great quality and helpful in the kitchen for spices!
Customer Review: Almost like the old ones
I have had pyrex custard cups for years, but I needed more. These are almost the same as the 30 year old ones, but they are a bit larger and the glass is thicker. The old ones actually seem to cook a little more predictably, but these are OK.
